We will investigate your warranty claim within 5 business days and contact you with the outcome of this investigation. If the warranty claim is deemed to be valid, you will be notified of the procedures to follow.

Should your claim be found to be ineligible to be covered under warranty, an estimate for the repair cost will be provided free of charge.
